Autumn and New Year programme in Hereford. All courses are specifically designed for local artists in Herefordshire and feature specialist tutors.
Dates:
Working in Schools – Wed 27th Oct - techniques, projects, expectations with Annie Millen, Arts Learning officer and education artist Adrian Higgins 10 to 1pm £15
Funding – Wed 18th Nov - how to apply for grants, how grants are assessed and who can help you. With Hannah McSherry, Project Development Officer. 10 to 1pm £12
Fine Art Portfolios – Jan 13th – curator and art writer Matt Price returns to assess artist’s portfolios. Hour long, one-to-one sessions with Matt to prepare your portfolio for presentation to galleries and creative opportunities. Timeslots 9 to 5pm available £40 each
Marketing – Feb 17th – simple selling strategies and free marketing tricks to get you connecting to customers at markets and online. 10 to 1pm £12
Effective Applications – Mar 8th – how to apply for shows and exhibitions, how to get into galleries. 10 to 12pm £8
